Paleo and Nut Free Cricket Powder Garlic Flat Bread

This recipe is for a beautiful garlic flatbread with an extra protein punch thanks to the addition of Primal Future Cricket Powder. Flatbread is very versatile and this basic recipe can be used in many different ways such as a pizza base for healthy homemade pizzas, tortillas or naan bread. We have a basic recipe with a few ingredients to make a stunning garlic flatbread providing for a fantastic snack.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp of Primal Future cricket powder
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Optional For Garlic Flat Bread

  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 tsp finely chopped garlic (depending on how much you love garlic)
  • Olive oil and extra sea salt for a garnish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients together and all the dry ingredients together and then combine everything.
  3. Divide into 12 cookies on a sprayed cooking sheet and oven tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
