Cricket Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp of Primal Future cricket powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over a low-medium heat
  3. Pour mixture into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake
  4. Brown on both sides and serve hot
